1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The consulting service was not delivered as agreed.
- Billing errors.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed consulting sessions.
- Last-minute cancellations (within [X] hours of the appointment).
3. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds
Where possible, we offer rescheduling rather than refunds.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
